Speaker Information for the CAGP-CCSMH ASM
We are looking forward to the conference in Banff and appreciate your involvement and hard work in order to make this a successful event! To assist you with preparation please review the details below.
Please note: First fill out your CFPC disclosure slide (step 1) and CFPC COI form (step 2), before completing your MOC COI form (step 3). When you complete the MOC COI form you will be given the option to upload your slides and CFPC form. If you have already completed your MOC COI form and didn't upload your slides or CFPC form, please email the outstanding items to events@secretariatcentral.com.
Accreditation
In order to comply with the CAGP’s policy on full disclosure and important accreditation standards set out by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada all presenters must complete or note the following:

Please contact Andrea Smith if you will be using your own computer for your presentation and if you require video and/or sound.
PowerPoint Presentations
You are responsible for bringing your final presentation on a USB (PowerPoint format). There will be a technician in the room where you are scheduled to speak that will assist in loading your presentation. Please be sure to visit the technician during the break prior to your presentation. Please also send a copy of your final presentation as a PDF to events@secretariatcentral.com. Do not forget to include the required CFPC disclosures slides at the beginning of your session. Declarations must be verbalized at the start of your presentation.
Speaker PowerPoint presentations will be made available to delegates in a password protected area of the CAGP website after the conference.
Handouts
The CAGP does not print handouts for speakers. If you wish to have handouts during a session please print and bring them to your session. A business center is available at the hotel if required.
