2020 CAGP-CCSMH Partner/Exhibitor Registration

On behalf of the CAGP and the Annual Scientific Meeting Planning Committee, we invite you to join us at the 2020 Virtual Scientific Meeting from October 16-17, 2020. 

This year's theme is: 20/20: Clear Vision of the Future of Seniors’ Mental Health in Canada. The annual scientific meeting attracts more than 200 healthcare professionals from across Canada and we anticipate an exceptional turnout. 

If you are unsure what is included in your Sponsorship or Exhibitor registration type, please see the Sponsor & Exhibitor Package here. 

You will receive your CAGP Sponsor and Exhibitor Terms and Conditions Agreement within 2-4 business days upon completion of your registration. Please be prepared to sign the sponsorship agreement as your sponsorship will not be valid until it is signed. 

To finalize your registration, complete the registration form and submit online payment via PayPal or send in a cheque to The Canadian Academy of Geriatric Psychiatry at 20 Crown Steel Drive, Unit 6, Markham, ON, L3R 9X9. Once your payment is complete, you will receive an updated invoice.
