The CAGP and CCSMH look forward to welcoming you to the Pre-Conference Course (PCC). This course will be held in Halifax at the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel on October 11, 2018.

The PCC will be a full day of concurrent courses (2.5 hours) and lectures (1 hour) of interest and importance to geriatric psychiatrists, geriatricians, family physicians and allied health professionals interested in learning more about geriatric psychiatry. A dynamic group of expert speakers has been assembled. Topics include substance abuse, anxiety disorders, capacity assessments, deprescribing, ethical issues in Medical Assistance in Dying, and more. Group Rate for Non-Physician Allied Health: Registration Instructions

*Before registering please note that one person of the group is required to register ALL 5+ Allied Health Professionals from the same physical location - this is the only way to receive the group rate. The first registrant will be the main contact. *Please ensure you have collected all the relevant information from your group in order to register them. There will only be one invoice issued. To register at the Non-Physician Allied Health Group rate please follow the instructions below:

  1. Click "Register" button on the left panel of the screen.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Choose "Non-Physician Allied Health Group rate" as the registration type. 
  4. As the main registrant fill out your information first.
  5. After completing your personal registration form, click the button at the end of the page that says "Add Guest".
  6. Fill out the personal information and details for the 2nd person in the group.
  7. Once completed, click the button at the end of the page labeled "done" and review the information added.
  8. Click the "Add Guest" button at the bottom of the page to register the 3rd, 4th and 5th members of the group.
  9. Click the button labeled "Next" to complete the registration for all 5+ people in your group.
  10. On the next page you will be asked to "Invoice Me" to pay later - the invoice will then be sent to the main registrants email. Or you can choose "Pay online" which will redirect you to the PayPal website where you can pay as a guest or through your PayPal account.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations will only be accepted on or before September 21, 2018. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 21, 2018. Substitutions may be made at any time. No liability is assumed by CAGP for changes in program date, content, speakers, venues or cancellation of the event.
